PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an oil pump fixed to a transmission case from being displaced by a load caused by a discharge pressure with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A first discharge oil passage 15a formed in a pump housing 13 of an oil pump 12 fixed to a transmission case 11 is connected to a second discharge oil passage 30b formed in a valve body 30 via an oil discharge pipe 28. An intermediate part of the oil discharge pipe 28 is supported by the pump housing 13 and both ends of the pipe are supported by the valve body 30 and the transmission case 11, and the intermediate part of the oil discharge pipe 28 is brought into communication with the first discharge oil passage 15a and one end of the oil discharge pipe 28 is brought into communication with the second discharge oil passage 30b. As a result, the force F generated by a discharge pressure of oil is received by the transmission case 11 and is not transmitted to the oil pump 12. Accordingly, the displacement of the oil pump 12 to the transmission case 11 is suppressed and the damage of O-rings 31 and 32 can be prevented. |
