摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conserve energy of an entire building and to secure power at the time of power failure by coordinating an elevator system and a building system with each other and performing charging operation with respect to a battery.SOLUTION: An elevator control device 11 and a building system control device 21 are communicably connected with each other. The elevator control device 11 comprises: a charging mode setting section 33 for setting a charging mode with respect to a charging request from the building system control device 21 in response to a current operational state; and a charging control section 34 that supplies power under regenerative operation to a battery 20 and performs charging when the charging mode is set. The building system control device 21 comprises: a charging request section 45 for performing a charging request to the elevator control device 11 when a remaining level of the battery 20 is a reference value or less; a charging mode setting section 43 for setting the charging mode when there is no response to the charging request; and a charging control section 44 that supplies power of power generation facilities to the battery 20 and performs charging when the charging mode is set.
