PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor device which can improve detachability of a harness without increasing the device size.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a semiconductor element 8 and a control board 13 for controlling the semiconductor element 8 which are arranged in a resin case 2; and a connector 19 for mediating input and output of electric signals between the control board 13 and the external, which is provided on the control board 13. The connector 19 has a detachment surface 21 to and from which the exterior harness 20 is detached. The detachment surface 21 of the connector 19 is arranged on the control substrate 13 on the same plane with an end surface of the control board 13. The control board 13 extends to above side walls of the resin case 2 and end faces of the control substrate 13 are arranged on the same plane with exterior surfaces of the side walls of the resin case 2. |
