PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an efficient optimal transport and stowage plan of shipping object products as the whole stowage work.SOLUTION: A transport stowage instruction computer reads and inputs a product information file 41, or the like (S1), and then plans a stowage order of shipping object products under conditions satisfying work constraints relating to a work process for stowage of shipping object products inside a hold with reference to a hold information file 45, or the like (S3). Successively, loading conditions are set (S5). Then, a pallet loading plan of the shipping object products is created by arranging the shipping object products in the stowage order on the transport pallet placed or replaced according to the loading conditions, while reproducing placement or interchange of the transport pallet to a pallet storage place, under the conditions satisfying work constraints concerning the work process for placing the transport pallet on the pallet storage place (S7). |
