PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel chemical conjugates of antipsychotic drugs and organic acids, and use thereof.SOLUTION: Provided are: a chemical conjugate containing phenothiazine covalently bonded to an organic acid having 3-5 carbon atoms in the main chain thereof, or a chemical conjugate containing perphenazine covalently bonded to a γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA); a pharmaceutical composition containing the chemical conjugate and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier as active ingredients; and use of the chemical conjugate in producing drugs for treatment of schizophrenia.
