<p>A beverage preparation device having an improved structure, comprising a machine base (1), a first machine part (2), and a second machine part (3); the first machine part (2) is provided with a first cavity (21) and a liquid outlet channel (22); the second machine part (3) is provided with a second cavity (31) and a hot water inlet channel (32); the upper front end of the second cavity (31) is rotatably connected to a baffle (6) via a rotary shaft (5); the baffle is capable of swinging back and forth; a torsion spring (51) for retaining the baffle (6) vertically downward is sleeved on the rotary shaft (5); a packet scraping hook (7) is fixed on the inner end face of the second cavity (31); the hook portion (71) of the packet scraping hook (7) is located in the second cavity (31), and forms a gap between the hook portion and the inner end face of the second cavity (31); when the first machine part (2) and the second machine part (3) are closed, the baffle (6) is pushed by a beverage packet (4) and swings backward; the annular edge (41) of the beverage packet presses against the hook portion (71) of the packet scraping hook (7), and enters the gap of the hook portion (71).
