<p>The invention relates to a mould for injecting a plastic material to obtain moulded products, in the conditions when the cavities are ultrasonically activated. According to the invention, the mould comprises a rod (1) for discharging from a cavity, sized as an adaptive concentrator of a wave of a length (λ) whose value corresponds to the ultrasonic activation frequency, which is of 20...100 KHz, the said rod (1) being acoustically coupled, by mechanical fastening with an ultrasonic converting assembly, consisting of an intermediary concentrator (2) and a piezoelectric transducer (3), the assembly formed this way being embedded between some movable plates (4), which are guided, when moving, by a guide system (6), which comprises some bushings and some columns.</p> |
