Disclosed is a suspension device consisting of a suspending body (1) having a suspending hole (1.2) and a U-shaped reeving part provided on the suspending body, wherein a U-shaped reeving part (2) is provided on the suspending body, a U-shaped opening of the U-shaped reeving part (2) forming a reeving hole with the suspending body, and the suspending hole bearing the weight of a person is provided at a position offset to one side. An operating handle (1.4) is further provided to control the deflection of the suspension device. A rope compression component (6) is provided on the suspending body and located at the free end of a working rope which is hanging down. During use, the fixed end of the working rope is fixed at a high point, and the free end of the working rope hangs down to a lower point, and the body of a person (5) is fixedly connected to the suspending hole (1.2). When a human body is suspended by the suspending hole alone, as a result of the fixed end of the working rope and the free end of the working rope being compressed together, preventing the working rope from sliding, the human body will remain suspended at the high point, and the suspension device is in a self-locking state. When the human body exerts tension on the suspension device by means of the operating handle, the suspension device will deflect to reduce the pressure between the fixed end of the working rope and the free end of the working rope, or to separate the two, the rope will begin to slide, and the human body will lower. During the process of lowering, the human body only needs to use a thumb to operate the rope compression component in order to control the speed of lowering. |
