POLYESTER DECORATIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester decorative sheet having a sufficient fabric texture.SOLUTION: The polyester decorative sheet is obtained by the steps of: preparing a laminated wood having a thickness of 2.5 mm; applying a vinyl acetate-based adhesive on the laminated wood so that an application amount becomes 15 g/m(DRY); placing titanium paper having a basis weight of 65 g/mon the laminated wood; hot-pressing the laminated wood and the titanium paper at a temperature of 105°C and a pressure of 6 Mpa for ten minutes to integrate them; then placing a fabric made of cotton on a surface of the titanium paper; applying a resin liquid (a) containing an unsaturated polyester resin (A) as a main component on the fabric; covering the resin liquid with a PET film; then uniformly pressing and spreading the resin liquid by using a roller; and peeling the PET film after the resin is cured.
