PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heterogeneous visual display billboard device which normally works as an advertisement, a signboard, a guide board, or a sign and is capable of displaying evacuation guidance and specific information in emergency, and to provide a method of actuating the display for effective evacuation guidance and, a utilization method for the device.SOLUTION: A heterogeneous display billboard device includes: a display unit (A) as a main body comprising a vision control sheet having a visual display layer (1) provided on a front face side thereof, an electroluminescent surface light source provided on a back face side of the vision control sheet, and a visual display layer (2) provided in middle between the vision control sheet and the electroluminescent surface light source, and is supplemented by a power supply unit (B) and signal control means (C) such as radio broadcasting, the Internet lines, and telephone lines. In an event of a disaster, the visual display layer (2) is luminously displayed by controlling the device via the signal control means (C). Furthermore, a plurality of heterogeneous display billboard devices of the present invention set up along evacuation routes are controlled by a computer to operate interlockingly. |
