PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonizer capable of efficiently generating high-concentration ozone.SOLUTION: An ozonizer 1 is configured such that: a cylindrical outer electrode 2 is disposed outside an inner electrode 3; a dielectric 4 is provided on an inner surface of the outer electrode 2; and a voltage is applied to a discharge space 6 between the inner electrode 3 and the outer electrode 2 while supplying a raw material gas thereto to generate discharge, thereby generating ozone. The inner electrode 3 is configured to have a core part 3a and projections 3b projecting from a part of an outer surface of the core part 3a to the outer electrode 2 side. |
