PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device allowing a dynamic damper to be extremely simply mounted on a frame without using screws, such as bolts, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat device includes a dynamic damper D mounted on a frame 12 of a seat S disposed on a vehicle F. The dynamic damper D includes: a weight 15; and a damper support member 17 that supports the weight 15 with an elastic member 16 interposed therebetween. The damper support member 17 includes elastic support parts 24A and 24B that are respectively snap-engaged with the frame 12 so as to hold the damper support member 17. |
