PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide further rich application experience in an application system providing an application via a network.SOLUTION: An application management device includes: an identification unit that identifies a user terminal group that is a group of user terminals used by the same user among plural user terminals, on the basis of identification information for identifying a user using a user terminal; plural application processing units each corresponding to each user terminal, that perform predetermined arithmetic processing on the basis of instruction information transmitted from each of the user terminals included in the user terminal group identified by the identification unit and that generate output information on the basis of a result of the arithmetic; and a transmission unit that transmits to each of the user terminals included in the user terminal group the output information generated by the plural application processing units for each of the user terminals included in the user terminal group.
