摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for a communication mode and radio devices that can check whether or not data transmitted by them has been normally received at a transmission destination without an ACK signal from the communication destination in an intermittent operation type multi-hop mode, although in a conventional intermittent operation type multi-hop mode, it is necessary to wait a response signal (ACK signal) from the communication destination as means for checking whether data transmitted by them has been normally received at the communication destination.SOLUTION: In a multi-hop communication system including a plurality of radio devices which intermittently perform transmission and reception, a first radio device monitors and checks data which a second radio device transmits to a third radio device in order to check whether or not the data which the first radio device transmitted was correctly received by the second radio device. This makes it possible to check whether data transmitted by it has been normally received at a communication destination without receiving an ACK signal from the communication destination, and to make the radio devices operate in low power consumption and perform intermittent operation while keeping synchronization.
