METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING UNIVERSAL LED BULB AND FLANGE INNER SNAP RING TYPE LED BULB AND LAMP

A method for constructing a universal LED bulb and a flange snap ring type LED bulb and a lamp. A heat conducting bracket (3) with a flange is used as a structural support main body of the bulb to form an LED bulb bare engine core component. The LED bulb bare engine core component is supported by an inner snap ring (8) fixed on the heat conducting bracket (3) in an auxiliary manner. The LED bulb bare engine core component is formed by the heat conducting bracket (3), a bare engine module (4), an inner snap ring (81), an inner cover (6), an electric connector (11), and a light distribution optical lens (7). The bare engine module (4) is formed by a bare engine template, an LED chip, and related lines through solid crystal and packaging or is further integrated with a power supply drive chip. The bulb itself may possess a radiator for independent work or may be mounted on a radiator of the lamp; so that the use is flexible and manufacturing is convenient.
