Disclosed is a cosmetic case having an air-tight feature. The cosmetic case according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a lower refill container in which contents are accommodated; an upper refill container which covers the lower refill container; a packing which is coupled with the lower portion of the upper refill container and seals the lower refill container when the upper refill container covers the lower refill container; a buffer space which is formed between the upper refill container and the packing; and an air passage which is formed between the upper refill container and the packing and communicates with the buffer space. The packing has an elastic portion having an elastic force. When the upper refill container covers the lower refill container, the packing is inserted into the lower refill container and the elastic portion expands so as to rise to the buffer space. The rising of the elastic portion causes air remaining in the buffer space to be discharged through the air passage.
