<p>Disclosed are a transmission method, device and system of physical hybrid ARQ indicator channel (PHICH). The method comprises the following steps: a base station carries out scrambling for PHICH using the decided PHICH resources according to user specific manner and/or a current PHICH scrambler; and the base station sends scrambled PHICH on the decided PHICH resources. According to the present invention, the problem of PHICH capacity insufficiency, PHICH collision and interference that caused by the number of user in single cell much larger than that in traditional cell in the related technology are solved, the capacity of physical hybrid ARQ indicator channel in downlink resources is improved, and the interference that caused by PHICH collision is reduced.</p> |
