The present invention relates to a high-yield and high-purity amyloid-beta peptide production method. When an amyloid-beta peptide is produced by means of the production method according to the present invention, it is possible to produce the peptide to a higher purity and in a higher yield than it is with amyloid-beta peptides produced by existing methods, and thus the present invention can advantageously be used in the development of therapeutic agents or preventive drugs for Alzheimer's disease which is the most common of degenerative brain disorders whose incidence is steadily increasing in societies with ageing populations.
