PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of becoming a large-scale in a device, for highly accurately drilling a horizontal hole relatively deep in the depth, though there is a construction method for opening the horizontal hole by jetting high pressure water, as a horizontal hole drilling construction method to an existing reinforced concrete building.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing a high pressure water hole drilling device of horizontally positioning a column by fixing a column base to a vertical concrete surface, providing a high pressure water supply pipe in parallel to this column, providing an attitude adjusting mechanism for advancing-retreating by a screw mechanism on this column base and providing a supply pipe supporter on the column for rotatably supporting the high pressure water supply pipe. |
