PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve for adjusting a supply oil pressure to each flow channel in a lubrication oil supply system in an engine.SOLUTION: A control valve comprises: a main flow channel 11; a flow channel cross-section area adjustment spool 41; a downstream branch flow channel 12; a communication flow channel 3; a flow channel open/close valve 42; a flow channel open/close spool 43; and an upstream branch flow channel 13. In a low revolution speed range of an engine, the flow channel open/close valve 42 closes the downstream branch flow channel 12 and the communication flow channel 3 to maximize the flow channel cross-section area of the main flow channel 11. In a middle revolution speed range, the flow channel open/close valve 42 communicates the downstream branch flow channel 12 and the communication flow channel 3 with each other, and the flow channel open/close spool 43 allows the communication of the communication flow channel 3 to move a flow channel cross-section area adjustment spool 41 by hydraulic oil pressure in a direction in which the flow channel cross-section area of the main flow channel 11 decreases. In a high revolution speed range, the flow channel open/close spool 43 closes the communication flow channel 3 and the flow channel cross-section area of the main flow channel 11 is maximized. |
