PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably prepare a capacitor high in capacity, high in heat resistance and high in withstand voltage, by inventing a capacitor material capable of achieving increased capacity while having heat resistance, small in thickness distribution, and further capable of maintaining the function of a capacitor even breakdown is caused.SOLUTION: A capacitor material of the present invention is a capacitor material including an inorganic amorphous dielectric having a thickness of at least 50 μm or less, and the inorganic amorphous dielectric is synthesized by a liquid phase method or a gas phase method. |
