An elongated cylindrical carbonaceous object (20) which contains a binder (22) and activated carbon materials (21) having an average particle diameter of 0.2 to 200 mum and in which a hole (2) is formed along the lengthwise direction (LD1), wherein a fluid can flow in the inside-outside direction (RD1) of the cylindrical activated carbonaceous object (20). A filter cartridge (cylindrical carbonaceous object module) (30), a water purifier (100) and a water faucet (300) have a cylindrical activated carbon bundle (cylindrical carbonaceous bundle) (50) in which multiple cylindrical activated carbons (10) (cylindrical carbonaceous objects (1)) are bundled together.
