A computer implemented system and method for disseminating readable contents have been disclosed. The system includes a word counter configured to count the number of words present in received readable content. The word counter groups a pre-determined number of words of the readable content into a peka unit. The received readable contents are classified into a pre-determined category based on the number of peka units. The system further includes a points allocation module configured to allocate a predetermined number of points to the author of said readable content for at least inputting said readable content, based on the number of peka units contained in the readable content. The system further includes a rewards distribution module configured to allocate at least pre-determined monetary rewards to the author of the readable content, based on the number of peka units of the readable content accessed by a viewer.
