PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables assumption of troubles with image forming devices which are low on memory capacity and other resources.SOLUTION: A usage history acquisition unit 21 acquires usage history of each image forming device 10 being monitored, and an attribute information frequency computation unit 23 computes the number of main users and a temporary user ratio of each image forming device 10 daily for a predetermined period on the basis of attribute information (information representing condition of usage) contained in the usage history. If the number of main users of a particular image forming device 10 is less than a reference number for a threshold number of days or more, and if a temporary user ratio of another image forming device 10' in a same monitoring group as the particular image forming device 10 is more than a reference ratio for a threshold number of days or more, a troubled machine extraction unit 24 assumes a problem with the particular image forming device 10. |
