PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determination device of a PM (particulate matter) sensor capable of accurately performing abnormality determination of the PM sensor.SOLUTION: An abnormality determination device of a PM sensor 5 measures a resistance value of the PM sensor 5 for a plurality of times after an ECU (electric control unit) 6 stars sensor regeneration control for performing combustion removal of PMs accumulated on the PM sensor 5; and determines abnormality of the PM sensor 5 when a cumulative difference resistance value N to be a cumulative value of the difference between a measurement resistance value Na of the PM sensor 5 acquired for each measurement and a predetermined normal resistance value Nb of the PM sensor is equal to or larger than an abnormality determination value Nu. |
