PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior material of a lithium ion battery combining excellent moldability, performance for maintaining the shape after molding, electrolyte tolerance, and scratch resistance.SOLUTION: An exterior material 1 of a lithium ion battery includes: a base material layer 10 composed of a film produced by performing biaxial orientation of a multilayer co-extrusion film including a thermoplastic resin layer (a)11 placed on the outside while containing an aromatic polyester resin, a thermoplastic resin layer (b)12 containing a modified thermoplastic resin subjected to graft modification by one kind or more of unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative component selected from a group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acid, an anhydride thereof, and an ester of unsaturated carboxylic acid, and a thermoplastic resin layer (c)13 containing polyamide resin; a metal foil layer 15 laminated on one side of the base material layer, a corrosion prevention treatment layer 16 laminated on the metal foil layer; an inside adhesive layer 17 laminated on the corrosion prevention treatment layer; and a sealant layer 18 laminated on the inside adhesive layer. |
