PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device evaluation system capable of making performance evaluation of automatic inspection simple by recording classification results.SOLUTION: An inspection device evaluation system includes: a data storage part in which evaluation data for inspection performed to an inspection device is written; and a result storage part in which classification results are written that are inspection results on which the evaluation data for inspection is based. The data storage part and the result storage part corresponding thereto are accommodated in a single file. There are a plurality kinds of files. Only a file in which evaluation data to be evaluated is written is made to be selectable. |
