SILK COMPOSITE NANOFIBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silk composite nanofiber capable of being manufactured from an optional amount of polyoxy acid and a silk containing the polyoxy acid based on the weight of the nanofiber, and having a fine fiber diameter with little dispersion and not including bead-shaped substances, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A silk composite nanofiber is manufactured by dissolving a mixture of an optional amount of polyoxy acid and a silk containing the polyoxy acid based on the weight of the silk composite nanofiber into at least one kind of solution selected from trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) or hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP) and electrospinning. The silk composite nanofiber can be used preferably as a cell scaffold.
