An integrated LED module at least comprises: a light-transmissive plate (20) having a heat transfer substrate (25) and a transparent encapsulation body; an LED array (21) sealed in the light-transmissive plate (20); a drive circuit (22) electrically connected to the LED array (21) and used to convert an external power supply into a forward voltage from 12 V to 75 V to drive each LED (210) in the LED array (21); and a heat sink (24) adhered on the light-transmissive plate (20). The integrated LED module solves the problem of a large and heavy structure of an assembled LED lamp because of complex cables in the drive power supply portion in an LED lamp in the prior art, and also the integrated type saves the material cost and processing and assembly time, thereby lowering the production cost.
