摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control circuit capable of optimally managing the SOC of a plurality of power storage means in series connection with simple processing and a small number of instructions.SOLUTION: The battery control circuit includes a voltage detection circuit 124 for measuring the voltage of an electric cell, equalization circuits 122, 123 for equalizing the voltage or the SOC between the electric cells, a signal input/output circuit 129 for communicating with the outside, a power circuit 126 having two modes which are a normal mode and a low current consumption mode, and a time management circuit 127. The battery control circuit receives a signal that includes a time to shift the power circuit from the normal mode to the low current consumption mode, and stores it in the time management circuit. The time management circuit continues operating the power circuit in the normal mode when an instruction is not transmitted from the outside for a predetermined time or an operation suspension instruction is transmitted externally. The battery control circuit monitors the continuous operation time in the normal mode, and in the coincidence thereof with the stored time, shifts the power circuit to the low current consumption mode.
