The step of preparing at least one reinforcement insert (115) provides the operations of filling a substantially filiform tubular container (116) with a mixture of powders and or small pieces (118) and of shaping, also spatially, the filled filiform tubular container (116) to obtain the physical structure of said reinforcement insert (1 15).
