The invention relates to heat-exchanging plants for gas-liquid-solid systems and can be used mainly in production of extractive phosphoric acid for pulp cooling and also in chemical and other industries for carrying out other heat-mass-exchange processes. The plant comprises a vertical body with connection pipes for feeding pulp to be cooled and cooling gas, the vertical body is oval, the upper body part is additionally separated by a continuous vertical partition into two compartments to ratio (4-7):1, wherein lesser compartment has a connection pipe for feeding pressurized cooling gas, the greater compartment has a gas distributor, connection pipes for feeding pulp to be cooled and discharging heated gas to a reactor gas volume, the lower is deepened into pulp, the ratio of the gas volume height under the gas distributor to the body part deepened into the pulp is maintained within 1:(1,5-3) by changing the depth of body submersion into the pulp and changing the height of the gas distributor above the pulp working level in the reactor. |
