PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding information recording sheet, in which regardless of being the folding sheet comprising a synthetic sheet having superior water resistance, the sheet is hardly torn even by the repeated use, prevented from being fuzzed, and hardly bulky even in a folded state.SOLUTION: The folding information sheet is brought into a folded state S2 by folding outward/inward, at a plurality of folding sides F, the waterproof synthetic paper in a developed state S1 with information recorded on a page space, in which the information comprises at least any one of characters, patterns and symbols. In each of the folding sides F, a perforating rule is formed over the whole folding side length. Each perforating rule is constituted by a plurality of sewing machine cut sections M that are cut and formed in a dashed line shape on each of the folding sides. At least any one of the plurality of sewing machine cut sections M of each of the folding sides comprises a half-cut structure HM that is partially cut while leaving a non-cut section in a paper thickness direction. |
