PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ophthalmic composition to which an action is given to suppress white turbidness, improve light stability and improve a corneal epithelium barrier function.SOLUTION: A aqueous ophthalmic composition is combined with (A) a polyoxyethylene castor oil, and (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of a cellulose type thickening agent, an epsilon-aminocaproic acid, an asparagine acid, an aminoethyl sulfonic acid, a pyridoxine and their salts, thereby giving the aqueous ophthalmic composition an action to suppress white turbidness, improve light stability, and improve a corneal epithelium barrier function. |
