PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing device, a service providing system, and a program which notify an added application program (add-on application) of information indicating a state of a required resource.SOLUTION: A service providing device comprises: detection means which detects states of a plurality of resources to be used for providing service; acquisition means which, when an application program that executes service processing is to be added, acquires resource information indicating a resource required when the add-on application executes the service processing; storage means which stores the add-on application in association with the resource information and service processing content; and notification means which, when the add-on application is to be executed, determines a resource of which the add-on application needs to be notified, and notifies the add-on application of information indicating the detected state of the determined resource. |
