PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device that reduces glare while suppressing decrease in readability of characters.SOLUTION: An illumination device 10 includes a white light source 21 having an LED element 21a, and a light adjustment unit. The light adjustment unit includes: a bandpass filter 23 as a light reducing unit for reducing light of wavelengths of at least 470nm or less, of the light emitted from the white light source 21, and an LED element 22 as a light addition unit having a luminescence peak in the range of 480-485 nm. |
