PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device that can suppress consumption of CPU resources.SOLUTION: A first ECU 10 comprises: a communication processing unit 101 for communicating with a plurality of clients, a network layer processing unit 102, a session layer processing unit 103, a service reception instruction unit 104, and an application execution unit 105. The session layer processing unit 103 comprises: a priority determination unit 103a which determines the priority of a client having transmitted a request message on the basis of identification information included in the request message; and an arbitration unit 103b which arbitrates execution of an application on the basis of the priority. The arbitration unit 103b is configured not to get the application execution unit 105 to execute an application related to a request message from a client with priority lower than prescribed priority after it has received a request message from a client with the prescribed priority during a predetermined period. |
