PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire-mesh-like metal plate for grilling meat which is inexpensive, allows for repetitive use by washing after use, and has no problem in safety and hygiene.SOLUTION: Many holes are punched out in a circular iron or stainless-steel plate, and the plate is entirely dome-shaped and is folded back in its periphery, thereby obtaining a thermally and mechanically strong mesh structure. Then, an iron plate is rustproofed finally but a stainless-steel plate needs no rustproofing to obtain a novel wire-mesh-like plate. This provides the wire-mesh-like metal plate for grilling meat which allows for repetitive use by washing after use and secures safety and is less expensive than a wire-mesh for grilling meat used conventionally. |
