PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery device for an imaging device that incorporates an operable operation member without a wrong operation and what's more, with a grip held by a hand.SOLUTION: A battery device supplying power to an imaging device comprises: a dial operation member; a changeover operation member 20 that sets an operation by the battery device to an effective operation or an invalid operation; a finger hook convex shape 20a on the changeover operation member 20; and a convex shape 21a at a position adjacent to the changeover operation member 20. The dial operation member and the changeover operation member 20 are arranged to be substantially flush with a side face on a grip side of the imaging device, and a rotary direction of the dial operation member is substantially in parallel with a vertical direction of the imaging device. The changeover operation member 20 reciprocates toward a longitudinal direction of the imaging device, and in a position where the changeover operation member 20 makes the operation by the battery device effective, the finger hook convex shape part 20a and the convex shape 21a are arranged on the substantially same line substantially in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the imaging device. |
