Provided is a rubber composition for a tire with which it is possible to obtain a tire member and pneumatic tire having the same low temperature properties and wear resistance as a tire member and pneumatic tire that use a conventional synthetic rubber while responding to the demands of a recycling-oriented society. The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire containing a biomass-derived rubber, which is obtained by polymerization of a biomass-derived monomer component and has a pMC (percent Modern Carbon) as determined in accordance with ASTMD6866-10 of 1% or higher and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -120 to -80ºC.
