摘要 <p>One embodiment of the present invention relates to a real-time PCR device for detecting electrochemical signals, the device comprising a heating block in which heater units are repeatedly disposed, and relates to a real-time PCR method using same, whereby not only is it possible to perform simultaneous ultra-high-speed analysis of a plurality of samples by means of the heat block in which the heater units are repeatedly disposed and a plate-shaped PCR chip but it is also possible to significantly contribute to the microminiaturization and increased portability of products through simple modularisation allowing the easy detection of continuous electrochemical signals generated in the process of nucleic acid amplification.</p>
