PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ophthalmic composition which reduces a defoaming time, improves a preservation efficacy, and improves light stability and thermal stability.SOLUTION: An aqueous ophthalmic composition includes (A) a polyoxyethylene castor oil, and (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of a flavin adenine dinucleotide, vitamins B, a pantothenic acid, a pantothenic acid derivative and their salts, thereby suppressing photodegradation of the (A) component and thermal decomposition of the (B) component, reducing a defoaming time of the aqueous ophthalmic composition including the (A) component, and improving a preservation efficacy. |
