PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily performing search and analysis of serial numbers read by a cash processing terminal, and reducing time and effort required to register serial numbers of counterfeit bills to the cash processing terminal.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 100 is provided between a cash processing terminal group in a local network and an external network existing outside the local network. The information processing apparatus 100 includes: an information acquisition unit 121 that acquires, in the local network, serial numbers read from bills and obtained by a cash processing terminal which constitutes the cash processing terminal group; a storage control unit 122 that controls a storage unit 130 to store the serial numbers; and a determination unit 123 that determines, when serial numbers read from bills and obtained by any one of the cash processing terminal which constitutes the cash processing terminal group are acquired, whether or not the serial numbers match the serial numbers stored in the storage unit 130. |
