PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of appropriately distributing a heating capacity of a heat pump to a hot water supply side and a heating side when a heating operation of supplying hot water and a heating operation of heating are simultaneously performed.SOLUTION: A system of supplying hot water and heating disclosed in the present specification comprises: a heat pump for heating a heating medium for supplying hot water and that for heating by absorbing heat from the natural environment; a water heater for supplying hot water by using the heating medium for supplying hot water; a heating apparatus for performing heating by using a heating medium for heating; and flow rate adjusting means for adjusting a flow rate of the heating medium for supplying hot water, heated by the heat pump. In the system, it is possible to perform a boiling-up operation of boiling up the heating medium for supplying hot water in the tank by using the heat pump and a heating operation of heating the heating medium for heating by using the heat pump, and when the heating operation for supplying hot water and the heating operation of heating are simultaneously performed, a flow rate of the heating medium for supplying hot water, heated by the heat pump, is reduced compared with that in the case of performing only the heating operation for supplying hot water. |
