PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter that prevents leakage of noise and is easy to be downsized.SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter 1 includes: a transformer including a primary coil and a secondary coil; a filter circuit section for removing noise propagating and leaking an input line or an output line; a circuit board 4 mounting the filter circuit section; and a base plate mounting the circuit board 4. The filter circuit section includes a filter capacitor 31. A noise-source component 6 radiating electromagnetic noise is disposed on the opposite side of the base plate 5 with the circuit board 4 interposed therebetween. The filter capacitor 31 is disposed between the circuit board 4 and the base plate 5. The circuit board 4 has a ground pattern 41 formed in a region between the noise-source component 6 and the filter capacitor 31. |
