Provided are: an optical distance measuring apparatus, which is capable of more accurately measuring a distance, irrespective of temperature, and which can be easily manufactured at low cost; and an electronic apparatus having the optical measuring apparatus mounted thereon. A lead frame (9) of this optical measuring apparatus has two or more first reinforcing terminals (7, 8) formed thereto, each of said reinforcing terminals being fixed by means of a first light blocking resin body, and being connected to a light receiving header section (4), while having a portion extending in the direction substantially orthogonal to the direction in which a connecting section (6) between a light emitting header section (2) and the light receiving header section (4) extends. |
