摘要 The invention relates to pulse high-voltage power sources and can be used for generating on load, for example, klystron control electrode, travelling-wave tube, particles accelerator and the like, voltage pulses of rectangular or stepped waveform in a wide range of duration and frequency change of formed pulses. The invention is aimed at enhancing reliability of the device during operation thereof due to lesser fault probability of switches and diodes caused by overvoltage and also due to the use of two stabilization voltage regimes on load, realization ability of generating on load stepped voltage with a different form of envelope and substantial reduction of power loss during recharging of load capacitance, due to practically full recuperation of load energy in an input source using quasi resonant method of the load capacitance recharging. In the pulse quasi-resonant modulator comprising a controllable AC source connected in series with a transformer having N secondary windings, each secondary winding connected to a rectifier forms N sequentially connected modules, the positive terminal of each rectifier is connected to a sequentially connected first controllable switch a diode, which is shunted by a second controllable switch, a diode anode is connected to a rectifier negative terminal, a diode cathode of the first module is connected to the diode anode of second module etc, diode anode of first module is connected to the first load terminal, diode cathode of the last module is connected to second load terminal, each of N voltage sensors is connected by the first input terminal to the rectifier positive terminal, an output of voltage sensors from the 1-st to (N-1) modules is connected to the first input of the summed device via third controllable switch, the output of voltage sensor of N module is connected to the first input of the summed device directly, second input of the summed device is connected to the controllable input of AC source, module switches and third switch is controlled from a generator of control pulses, each module has a voltage limiter connected to the rectifier output terminals, a protective diode connected in parallel to the first controllable switch a connected by its cathode to the rectifier positive terminal, in each module second input terminal of the voltage sensor is connected to the rectifier negative terminal, a source of master voltage is made with a controllable input, a generator of control pulses is made with (2N+1) output terminals, wherein a first group from N output terminals of the control pulses generator is connected to control inputs of first switches according to modules numbers, while a second group from N output terminals of the control pulses generator is connected to control inputs of second switches according to modules numbers, wherein N=K+M and both groups from N output terminals is comprised from direct and inverting outputs so that the first group is made from K direct outputs and the second is made from M direct outputs and K inverting outputs, wherein K and M variables may take in time values from zero to N, an additional generator output terminal of control pulses is connected to the control input of third switch and to the control input of the master voltage source, and added inductive element is connected between diode cathode of the last module and second load output. The pulse quasi-resonant modulator can additionally comprise a bias resistor and DC bias source, wherein the diode anode of the first module is connected to the load via the DC bias source connected to the first load output by its positive output and via the bias resistor connected to the second load output.
