PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting substrate capable of reducing wiring resistance without disturbing high-density, an optical device provided with the same, a display panel and a display device.SOLUTION: A mounting substrate includes a wiring board and a plurality of optical elements mounted on the wiring board. The optical element has a first electrode and a second electrode. The wiring board has a support substrate and a plurality of pieces of first wiring and a plurality of pieces of a second wiring formed in a layer between the support substrate and the mounting face of the optical element. The first wiring is electrically connected to the first electrode. The second wiring is electrically connected to the second electrode and arranged in a layer between the support substrate and the layer containing the first wiring, and also, it has a cross section larger than the cross section of the first wiring. |
