PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide arrangement determination method and device which determine an indoor arrangement for utilizing externally arriving radio waves positively.SOLUTION: Space in a structure is sectioned into regions capable and not capable of communication by foreign waves, and the installation positions of wireless base stations are determined so that communication quality can be ensured for the region not capable of communication by foreign waves. An arrangement determination device 10 of wireless base station including requirement condition input means 11 for specifying the required communication performance in a building where a wireless base station is installed, and base station arrangement determination means 14 is further provided with foreign wave utilization condition determination means 13 for sectioning the space in a building into regions satisfying and not satisfying the required communication performance by foreign wave in the building, and the base station arrangement determination means 14 considers arrangement of a wireless base station in a region not satisfying the required communication performance. |
