PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost by recovering inactive gas, such as argon gas, introduced as an atmosphere gas, refining the recovered gas and recycling the refined inactive gas as the atmosphere gas, in a case of performing heat treatment of a heat treatment object, especially a titanium strip coil, in a batch type heat treatment furnace.SOLUTION: A method for recovering and recycling inactive gas after heat treatment performs dust removal, after heat treatment, of inactive gas forming atmosphere in a batch type heat treatment furnace housing a heat treatment object to recover it in a buffer tank; refines the recovered inactive gas with high purity; and then recycles the refined gas as an atmosphere formation gas in the furnace. |
